Technical information
A rubber liner separates the steel clamp from the pipe surface. On the clamp ranges where a liner is listed in our catalogue, it reduces the transmission of vibration and noise from the pipe into the support.
The lined version is used where the pipe carries chilled water, where acoustic performance matters, or where the pipe coating must not be damaged by the clamp.
